RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items marked SALE cannot be returned. 

All brands have different measurement standards so it is best practice to choose your size according to our sizing chart. If in doubt and to ensure you receive the best fit, please contact us.

Unfurl will happily accept returns/exchanges under ‘Change of Mind’ circumstances provided the item is;

~ In its original purchase condition
~ The item has not been worn or washed, altered, soiled or tampered with in any way
~ The item has all swing tags/labels attached
~ Returned to Unfurl within 14 days of the date of delivery. 
~ Is full priced merchandise only.
~ Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with Australian Consumer Law
~ Swimtimate bottoms cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with Australian Consumer Law

***Unfurl does NOT offer exchanges or returns on item(s) purchased outside Australia. 



HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


For in-store purchases:

We happily accept exchanges for all in-store purchases provided the conditions above are met. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. 

For on-line purchases only:

If an exchange is requested, please email us so we can hold your item. Our stock is limited, so exchange requests and holds can only be made for the return period stated above. Express post back your original item and include your exchange wishes on the original invoice, which would have been emailed to you. If you do not have access to a printer, just include the order number, name and your request in the return parcel. Please also include a self-addressed PRE-PAID satchel for your exchanged items. Please post the original return back EXPRESS so it arrives within the 14 day time frame.

If a return is requested, you will receive a full refund via your original purchase method to the value of the returned item, minus shipping costs. 

Where Afterpay is the form of payment, there will be a 5% fee deducted from your refund balance. We will send the refund via Afterpay which may take up to 10 business days to reach your account.

If you return an item for refund outside of our 14 day return policy, we can only offer an exchange voucher to the value of the original item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

As stated above, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on sale items. If you return a sale item, we will contact you to arrange returning the item via email, together with an invoice for return shipping. If there has been no reply within 14 days, we will need to close the request.

HANDY HINT: Reuse the original postal satchel and readdress to Unfurl to save on any unnecessary waste. Just add postage.
