RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items marked SALE cannot be returned. 

Unfurl will happily accept returns/exchanges under ‘Change of Mind’ circumstances provided the item is;

~ In its original purchase condition
~ The item has not been worn or washed, altered, soiled or tampered with in any way
~ The item is accompanied by the original purchase receipt/invoice.
~ Returned to Unfurl within 14 days of the original purchase date. 
~ Is full priced merchandise only.
~ Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with Australian Consumer Law

***Unfurl does NOT offer exchanges or returns on item(s) purchased outside Australia. 

***Unfortunatley Unfurl cannot offer exchanges across brands eg we cannot offer exchanges on clothing for accessories and vice versa.



HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


For in-store purchases:

We happily accept exchanges for all in-store purchases provided the conditions above are met. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credit notes. 

If you purchased in-store and have left Broome and need to return an item by post, please follow the exchange instructions below.

For on-line purchases only:

If an exchange is requested, include your exchange wishes on the original invoice. Please also include a self-addressed PRE-PAID express satchel for your exchanged items.

If a return is requested, you will receive a full refund via your original purchase method to the value of the returned item, minus shipping costs.

HANDY HINT: Reuse the original postal satchel and readdress to Unfurl to save on any unnecessary waste. Just add postage.
