All orders are shipped via Australia Post, using either Standard or Express delivery. We post from regional Broome WA, which may take slightly longer than other areas of Australia. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We care about our environmental impact. All online orders are sent in compostable parcel satchels with biodegradable shipping labels, and our garments are packaged in compostable bags.

Ordering Within Australia

Otherwise, postage and handling within Australia are as follows:

• In-store Pick-Up: free
• Parcel Post: $11 (allow 7-12 business days)
• Express Post: $14 (allow 2-4 business days)

Ordering Outside Australia

We offer Standard International Shipping to areas outside of Australia.

• New Zealand: AU$16 (6-21 business days)
• United States: AU$25 (6-21 business days)
• Rest of World: AU$30 (6-21 business days)

NB: these flat rates apply to most orders. If your treasures are large, heavy, or bulky, the actual postage may be higher. In that case, we’ll contact you before sending to confirm the shipping cost.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply in their country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
